Under the general guidance of the Supervisor, Integrated Watershed Management Program, the Elk/Beaver Lake (EBL) Watershed Specialist will develop and implement an Elk/Beaver Lake Watershed Management Plan (EBLWMP) with local government and stakeholders to achieve the following goals: improve water quality in EBL; develop and coordinate implementation of watershed management initiatives; remediation of EBL to reduce occurrence of blue-green algae blooms.
