We are seeking a Manager of Financial Systems & Analysis to represent the Financial Services Department as Project Lead for the successful implementation of the Districts new enterprise-wide software systems. This position guides the design of business processes and system requirements to support effective and efficient financial operations in a municipal environment, and therefore is required to have extensive senior financial management experience in BC Municipalities.

Depending on experience, project resourcing requirements and budget availability, this contract may be extended to assist with other projects under the Technology Transformation Program including the Asset Management, Work Management and Recreation Booking System projects.

Our ideal candidate is hardwired for leadership and thrives working in dynamic team environment. Key requirements will include possessing a minimum of five years of senior financial management experience in a BC Municipality as well as a CPA.
