The City of Coquitlams RCMP Detachment is currently recruiting for a regular part-time Police Clerk (MNI Clerk). In this position you will work 20 hours per week (4 hours per day, 5 days per week) and be responsible for the quality control of the MNI within PRIME.

The successful candidate will audit and verify entitles added to PRIME and ensures compliance with RCMP policy. Corrects errors and liaises with other agencies for corrective action.

The successful candidate will have completed Grade 12, supplemented by word processing courses, knowledge of PRIME and CPIC, as well as related experience, preferably within an RCMP Detachment. Other requirements include a keen eye for detail, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, the ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) with all levels of internal and external contacts and the ability to maintain detailed records.

You must be able to obtain and maintain an Enhanced RCMP Security Clearance.

The rate of pay for this CUPE position is $24.81 - $29.16 per hour, plus benefits.
