Main Purpose & Function
Working within the Projects and Development Services Branch, the CE I will be responsible for supporting the City-wide Development Cost Bylaw review, which is a corporate priority and a key component of the Financing Growth review. This position supports the Water and Sewer and Drainage Design branches in understanding the review and identification of water, sewer and drainage system expansions/upgrade needs driven by growth and development. The DCL Utility Engineer will work to implement best practices established through the 2016 DCL review to inform future water, sewer & drainage capital programs triggered by population growth.
