Main Purpose & Function
The primary purpose of this position is to deliver Business Process and System support for 311 and related services optimization. Responsibilities include performing analysis, design and implementations to service changes, which often includes implementing IT systems configurations or new technologies. Working as an internal consultant, the Business Analyst is expected to use their knowledge of process and technical design to recommend changes to business processes in the 311 Contact Centre, along with their related service departments and systems. Reporting to Manager, Hansen and Lagan Support, the incumbent works closely with other members of the 311 Business team, and 311 technical support team.
