Title & Rights Coordinator/Researcher

THE FOLLOWING POSITION IS AVAILABLE WITHIN WESTBANK FIRST NATION. IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 20.1 OF THE WFN CONSTITUTION AND SECTION 3.1 OF THE WFN PERSONNEL POLICY, PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO QUALIFIED WFN MEMBERS WHO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Manager, IGA/Title & Rights, the Title & Rights Coordinator/Researcher is responsible for conducting guided and independent research on a range of issues related to aboriginal title and rights, assisting in a variety of initiatives including negotiations and liaison between governments, and the Okanagan Nation Alliance.
